Sending Phone Back to Sprint
Just got a replacement phone from Sprint had terrible problems with the first this one is brand new so I can start fresh.

1st - I want to completly clean off the old device.

2nd - What are some of things that are a must have for this fresh out of the box should I put the new ROM from HTC on the device?

Any help would be greatly appericated.
