Games for Diamond!

Decided this needs to be done... TF3D is gunna have some SIIIICK games, especially with the accelorometer....

Post vids or links to any games you find for the diamond exclusively...

Has anyone with a touch tried any games?

Can someone try Warcraft 2? Also known as the Stratagus Engine + Wargus.

Warcraft Download

Just unzip, put it in the memory, then launch stratagus.exe

It does not seem to run very well on the Diamond. This mainly seems to be because of the 480x640 high resolution display. It will load to the main menu but crashes as soon as you try and start a game. The only way I was able to get it to load into a game was to set the display resolution in the games options menu to 640x480. But this just resulted in the game running in a little box in the corner of the screen. That all said the game does start so maybe the developers will update it to work on the Diamond.

can you imagine trying to run any games with a Verizon Diamond? if its true that its going to be using the same cpu as in the Touch and have a screen with twice the resolution then were in trouble.

How bout a dice game where you can shake your phone to juggle the dice, then sweep outwards to roll em? eh? lol just a thought lol

looks like it would just need a small change to get it working so that is good news. I cant wait to remote desktop on mine that would make me happy. On a side note how do you take a screenshot of the phone ive always wondered but never asked?

Good point. Luckily the Sprint Diamond has 256MB RAM (+32MB for the GPU or something like that?) and a 533MHz (IIRC) processor?
