that was my main reason for going back to 3.5, a2dp wasnt at a good enough quality, and i had just spent money on making my apache replace my ipod with wireless headphones and a 4gig card, so i figured i needed it to work.

Good so far I haven't had any problem with the a2dp, it works great I just change the MaxSupportedBitPool = 128 Dword. BitPool = 56 Dword UseJointStereo = 2 Dword.
No skipping at all |

ok i changed my settings, reset my phone, but it still skips in wireless stereo mode and my phones slows to a stop.... i have iogear bt headphones i don't know the model name... but it works fine in wireless headset mode...

a2dp bt moto S9
Well, so far, so good...a bit of skip, gone after reset...true stereo out of the box, no reg tweak needed. Bass sucks (S9 issue) I think I'll spring for coreplayer as it has EQ.
Off Topic: BTW, anyone remember what the reg tweak is for MSVC to work off the headset button? |

which one of those settings targets the skipping? |

the sprint store guy told me there are 2 BT chipsets in use (6700) ,qualcom and another. he didn ot say which was the one that worked but it explaines the dispairity between users.
the chipset thing is still hearsay ya'all. I have tried the settings change, reset, rediscover, still only 5 seconds of stereo stream. initial play graps the headset for half a second, then I have to force the headset (590a) to reconnect. It won't hold -or be held. Last edited by rjfranken; 09-09-2007 at 07:08 PM. |
