? about WM6 on WM5 and backups

Ok I want to be able to use my backup for all my email accts and programs, while using the WM6 upgrade. Now does anyone know what files I can use and files I can not use from my backup. I tried to restore everything but that was a mistake. Now as I look through the backup files I can pick which files I want to put back. Any help would be great before I just go and reinstall the programs I had before I did the upgrade.

I suppose it depends on the program. I use SPB Backup, and had some success restoring after flashing a new ROM with the 3.5 kitchen, but wound up with a fragged start menu with nonfunctional shortcuts from programs I didn't reinstall
My Documents is the only file I had success with. System files will not transfer, nor will program registries(that I know of). I have however been able to restore things like SPB Pocket Plus settings and HHC customiser settings with no problems. I haven't figured out how to backup email settings yet, so if someone knows, holla!

what I use

I have used "PIM Backup" to backup my Contacts, Call Logs, Text Messages, And Email I have backed up and restored successfuly, with the OEM sprint rom, an aku 3.5 kitchen I used and the new WM6. as far as the rest I would just reinstall the programs, Its like going from windows 98 to windows xp and expecting a backup to restore all your programs and stuff.
