The carriers should be held accountable
really they need to do this to sprint and the carriers because the carriers are more than aware of these issues b4 they sell them to the public.

HTC only delivered the phone as Sprint ordered it...................
we didnt buy our phones from HTC we bought them from Sprint. The greatest pressure that can be brought in this matter is for Sprint to lose customers. Money Talks, and subscribers mean MONEY

There is nothing illegal here to warrant a class action suit.
HTC did not mislead purchasers by saying the phone could do something it couldnt or was restricted from doing, the people just "feel" the phone could be better. Sprint would not even feel the lose of customers from their PDA/Smartphone users, it is a very small percentage of customers I am sure. Waste of time and money.
