The carriers should be held accountable

True. Lets see if anything comes of it. It seems like everyone was chalking the problems up to WM6 instead of HTC. I always thought it was HTC's fault and the providers should make them fix it.

HTC only delivered the phone as Sprint ordered it...................
we didnt buy our phones from HTC we bought them from Sprint.

The greatest pressure that can be brought in this matter is for Sprint to lose customers.

Money Talks, and subscribers mean MONEY

There is nothing illegal here to warrant a class action suit.

HTC did not mislead purchasers by saying the phone could do something it couldnt or was restricted from doing, the people just "feel" the phone could be better.

Sprint would not even feel the lose of customers from their PDA/Smartphone users, it is a very small percentage of customers I am sure.

Waste of time and money.

I agree. What exactly are your "damages"?

schettj 01-22-2008 12:35 PM

It's America... we have to sue someone. It's got to be someone's fault, and we should get paid for it! Whee!

Bah. Pass.
