Problems with HTC Wifi Router

Not sure what the issue is....it could be that I'm simply a newb with this program, but I've tried searching and couldn't find anything, so hopefully someone can help me out.

Using HTC Wifi Router built in to the Energy ROM. I can get a connection established just fine, but as soon as I turn off the screen it kills the connection to the computer. When I turn the screen back on I can re-establish the ad-hoc connection.

Is there something I need to do to make everything stay connected and still have the phone's screen turned off? I'm sure that the battery will last much longer that way, plus the screen will turn off on its own every min or two if I don't keep messing with it.

What am I missing?

I think this registry edit will give you what you want:
