Exclamation Help with Activation

I just sold a ppc 6700 with helmi cs wm6 pro update, and now that person cant activate the phone. Is there a way I can go back to the stock rom for the 6700? Is there a way I can get the phone activated. Please help. She says sprint cant activate the phone. I am assuming that she cant get the MSID or what ever numbers you have to edit to be input. I would like to help this person. Thanks guys in advanced.

I will keep googling until something pops up.

Re: Help with Activation

Hey guys I just found a Sprint rom. APA_SPCS_20600_303_12700_WWE_Ship. Will this downgrade the phone? Or should I loose all hope?

Re: Help with Activation

You can get the original OEM ROMs from this thread: http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=27123

Did they tell her exactly why that cannot activate the phone? It may not have anything to do with the ROM being different.

She can get the ESN and MSID by removing the battery from the back if she can't find them on the phone itself.

Might also check this thread: http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=83799
