Win7 uses Zune to sync, there is no need for Mobile Device Center anymore...Try installing Zune and see if that solves your problem...

As far as i know there aren't any ROM's with tethering cooked into...they do have a XAP file over at XDA to install it though...

Do you have a link to that file? Just in case i can't find it when i search for it, as soon as i finish this post...
Also is anybody having memory storage problems with this new rom? I've installed all the HTC apps but now whenever i want to do anhthing on my phone, i get a message stating i've reached my storage limit. And no, i have'nt inserted my sd card in yet.
