For those having problems with the signal bar not showing please check the following in your registry

Got a taskbar from here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=511671 stirred up icons and the result is in the attachment. All credits go to the developer bilbobrian. Tons of thanks to 12aon as well for his guidance and responsiveness.

You can find that dialer skinned with the default WM 6.5 theme here. QVGA ONLY!!!!!!!
