touch pro 2 themes for the yankees, or something with orange in it!!

Would you mind making a black transparent taskbar, with green menu highlights with white font, red font for context menu and blue popup menu headers...

I tried finding and downloading WM6.5 Theme Generator, but it appears microsoft doesn't have it listed anymore in market place I believe.
