Moto q 9m screen rotated

Ok so i am using my old moto q 9m as a backup since my touch pro died. i turned the phone on the other day after shutting it down for the night and when it came up the screen was rotated 90 degrees. i have no idea how to turn it back, there are just no options for it anywhere i can find.

i am only going to be stuck with this phone for another 3 months but still, i would like to be able to read what i am typing without having to do some funky move where i have to read my phone backwards with a mirror and upside down......
