What happened to Verizon FIOS DVR Manager?

On my old TP2 (now retired) I had downloaded the Verizon FIOS DVR Manager so I could program all of my TV shows while away from my home. I cannot find this app anywhere in the Marketplace. Does anyone have it on the WP7 devices and if so how did you locate it?
