Question Creating CabFiles

Anyone know of a good tool to make PPC CabFiles (.cab), I am working on a OTA Install service and actually want to make OTA Themes as well

WinCE Cab Manager is the best, but its not free. Not legally anyways.

Nice, but WAY too expensive, I am setting up a freeware service, Unless people are willing to donate to casue, I will not be able to afford that one, Any others that are less expesive (maybey freeware)

Well the trial version of WinCE Cab Manager is not a time trial, but a usage trial....so just don't close the program and it'll last you a while. It is a very nice program to use.

if you are using Xp just go to: Start Menu/ select 'Run Program", and type in "iexpress.exe"
