i have been trying both and it seems Twikini is a lot lighter application ... Twikini seems to run faster

There are many Twitter apps surfacing for WM ...

I have came across these three:

I am pretty sure I saw Twikini in the Marketplace for 99 cents. I paid 5 bucks for it and it was well worth it.

This probably doesnt need it's own thread I would think... but anyways I was using motweet until i checked out HTC Peep cooked in with the latest HTC Sense roms.... it gets the job done pretty well and needs no installation.

For me, TouchTwit is hands down by far the best client. Although, most expensive as well..

Ive been using Manila 2.5's built in Twitter. Twikini is my favorite twitter app, though.

Twikini is great and the developer keeps adding features ... I like when an app is updated frequently.
