hey how about a deceent Pocket VNC app with encryption?

(sorry if its been discussed before im still combing threw the forum reading and learning..... And thank you to all of you Admins who know your sh!t i never knew woring on my ppc could be as fun as on my pc)

thats what I like to know too. I'm using the free logmein edition (remote desktop only) from both desktop and windows mobile.

If I look at the soonr site it seems more about sharing documents and data between your phone and desktop than controlling your desktop.

Below is a link to a thread on PDAPhoneHome which contains the WM6 Remote Desktop Client cab. Works great and allows me full control over my work computer from my device. Especially nice since Sprint took RDP off the Mogul! Thread has a lot of info and I put the cab here for ease of downloading.

I enter everything into my mogul just as I would on a computer yet it doesn't work. anyone out there have any tips for me?

Can you tell us any error messages or where the program hangs? I had problems connecting at first until I realized the input preference was set to automatically add a space after a word. My password always had a blank space at the end and my login was denied.

How are you trying to connect? Wifi to your lan or externalusing your data connection.
If it is the latter: Isn't it a firewall or port forwarding issue.

What is the ip you are using.
