can someone help me out?

rying to play games on my htc tilt runnin fpsece version 0.9.6 and was wondering if there is anything I can do to increase framerate? like a driver or tweak I can download? not sure if there is already a post like this but i dnt really care much for sound. mabey just a slight increase in fps.
