Android style Notification Panel??

I was messing with one of the new Droid devices and I really liked the way you would pull up the notification panel. Instead of just tapping on the top bar and your panel would pop up, you can slide your finger from the top of the screen down to pull down the notification panel and slide it back up to hide it. It was very smooth and nice to have. Anyone want to try to make an app that would take over our notification panel with something like this??

Check it out on youtube if you wanna see what Im talking about and havent yet.

Have you tried Anrokkid? I never tried the notification thing but it simulates the android interface. On a side note has anyone created the 'Droid startup? I would love to rock the red eye and robotic voice for a few days.

Nope never tried it, but Im not really looking to emulate the whole OS... just really like the notification panel. I love my touch flo... but if anyone knows how to edit touchflo where the home tab is in the middle so we can swipe either left or right instead of only starting left and sliding right. Thatd be awesome! Perfect Sense UI

Re: Android style Notification Panel??

an android like notification bar has been asked for a lot, and as far as i know one does not exist yet for windows mobile. but dont quit searching!

in the meantime htc's notification bar is similar, u just tap instead of sliding and it gives you all of the same info (except you current music selection)
