SmartPhoneMate..? trustable or not?

I was checking out opera last night on my Touch Diamond.. and came across this site via sprint's default page on opera shipped ROM...

to break it down they pretty much require you to run there program 14 days a month and you get paid $5 a month but you get paid every 3 months or so... according to how you choice to get paid upon sign up, has anyone or does anyone use this? I mainly want to know if its legitimate.

It sounds fishy. I never have used it personally but I just don't like it.
