Re: Are There Any Alternate Facebook Applications?
I use FIM (mosko.mobi) since it connects to Facebook chat and also does the mobile website.

Re: Are There Any Alternate Facebook Applications?
you can try the touch version of the mobile site. kinoma play also has a facebook app within it, but its not really anything better than what microsoft has to offer. but then again, its all a matter of opinion.

What makes it better for that purpose than any other Facebook client (for any phone) is the integration with other services. You can post to Facebook from anywhere, and to anywhere that Kinoma Play supports. Example: You can post pictures to Facebook from Twitter, Flickr, Picasa, Kinoma Guide, your phone, iDisk, any WebDAV server and even your home PC (if you're using Orb) -- if you can view it, you can post it. Similarly, you can send pictures from Facebook to Twitter, Flickr, Picasa, etc. Hope that's helpful, -- Charles Wiltgen

If you have issues with the touch site, try out http://lite.facebook.com. Works great in Opera Mobile.
