App that tracks location from home computer?

Is there a way I can track my phone's location from my home PC?

When I'm traveling, it would be nice for the family to see where I am and how much longer it will be until I get home..

I know "Latitude" in google maps can send your location to google earth so your friends/family can see where you are simply using google earth. Not sure how well it works though.
