Question Request - a step-by-step tutorial about how make a cab setup from a jar file

Someone ( http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=85199 ) made a native WinMo setup.cab from a jar file (Java Mobile aka J2ME/MIDP/CLDC) - in this example, Opera Mini 5 Beta is installed and runs "seeming" it is a native WinMo app (for the ignorant end-user it is the same: 1 click on the setup.cab, to install; + 1 click on the shortcut.lnk to run it each time)...

I would like to know how it is possible to make a setup.cab from a jar file, exactly like someone did with Opera Mini 5 Beta.

I urgently need to make the same with the "gmail.jar" (lastest version, up-to-date...).
I cannot run such "gmail.jar" file by its own (I tried a lot of JVMs, such as JavaFX, Jbed, Jblend, Mysaifu, and so on)...
Accessing to the mobile gmail web site; or using the "messages" app (POP3/IMAP/SMTP or ActiveSync/Push eMail); all are awful solutions! There is nothing as good as the java mobile gmail app, to easily manage the gmail-specific features, like the "stars", "labels", shortcuts, and so on)...
A general step-by-step tutorial about how make a cab setup from a jar file, would allow many people to "cook" their own java mobile "recipes", easily, on WinMo (where running J2ME is really a big pain!)...

Thanks and regards.
