sorry that this is another one of those iphone app threads.
I saw an application on the apple phone that uses the phones g-sensor to track how much you are moving during the night and translates this to different stages of the sleep cycle. you sleep with your phone placed on your bed for this to work obviously.
while cool, the real utility of the app is that it also works as an alarm and wakes you up when you are in light sleep so you wake up refreshed. the damn thing actually works really well.
I was hoping someone could point me to a windows mobile equivalent
