This is the latest version of the X Button task manager by HTC. Looks a bit prettier than what's been included in the rom kitches, and show's you memory utilization percentage.

I've been using this for a few weeks now. It nice, however I have noticed that the "X" button may be a bit to "aggressive". For instance, in the calendar app, say you select "create new appointment" from the left soft menu. The new appointment screen pops up. After adding the appointments you click the "X". Now, not only has the new appointment dialog screen closed, but so has the calendar app. The result of this is that your appointment never gets saved. I have also seen this behavior with the contacts, tasks, and any other application that open a new dialog window for input. After a few weeks its getting irritating. Has anyone else noticed this behavior?

Keep an eye on this app if you choose to use it. It has some issues on the Sprint Mogul for many of us that tried it. We encountered increased memory leaks as well as the "OK" button in the upper right hand corner acting like the "X" button. I went back to 1.51 and the problems went away.
EDIT: Here's the thread over in the Mogul section if anyone wants more details on the issues encountered http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=8531
