hotstuff452, I am sorry you are having a problem. I work for Veveo Inc. who provide the vTap service. Are you installing onto a Mogul provided by Sprint? Could you tell me how you are trying to install the file? You can try going directly to www.vtap.com/pub/vTap_ppc.cab and see if that installs?

Did you set Video Quality to highest (Default is Medium which isn't great). Not sure how you could get much better video quality on this screen.

I could not get Avot to work. So so so choppy.
