Free Alternative to MobiTV?
Is there one available? I know of TVU Player Mobile, but the feed is extremely choppy and the ping times are to hell and back, (often times out), and the broadcast via TVU Player lags by 15 minutes. I had MobiTV back when I had a QVGA device, but it doesn't work on the TP. (does not support 640x480 resolution). Is there a work around for this, or a free TV streaming application similar to MobiTV? Free would be best, as I already pay $88/mo for cable TV service, and don't really want to pay $9.95/mo for mobile TV service. I want CNN, ABC, Discovery, History, and Science Channel if it can be done.
Does anybody know if this exists?

Maybe if you cook a ROM or download Adobe Flash you could try Hulu through Opera. I know they blocked Skyfire but Opera may work.

I tried the Opera installation+plugin, and I just get a page stating the following:
"Hulu requires Flash Player 9.0.155.0 or higher. Please download and install the latest version of Flash Player before continuing." Last edited by k_semler; 10-08-2009 at 10:00 PM.

Try Orb or Slingbox? I think they require computer hardware to do it but it should meet the requirements.
