Here is a cab I made that will put the reg edits in for you.
It is working great on NRG rom right now.

Just install this cab and then run MS Marketplace and let it update and install it's new cab.
No need to softreset.
After it installs just run it.

an xda mod edited the marketplace cab so that you can install apps to storage card now (i think it gives you the prompt as usual for storage or device install).
