Does anyone know how to add a shortcut to the Games folder which is under the start menu? I tried creating a shortcut link to .\windows\start menu\games and was successful in creating the icon in SPB MS 3.5.3 but the link does nothing.

I don't think a short cut to a folder can be done, I think it only allows shortcuts to the programs themselves (which kinda sucks)

Yup. Confirmed by SPB tech support. No shortcuts to folders.

Its a work around not a fix, but Resco File Explorer allows you assign a folder shortcut to the start menu. I used games and now have a Resco Shortcut to games in MS. Once the shortcut is in the Start Menu go to Add Widget/Programs/ and select the shortcut folder, it will appear as a shortcut on the homescreen.

i have spb 3.5 and it does in fact still have the professional layout available

if you think a little you can do anything. Make a shortcut to start menu with Resco explorer for that folder. Now if you add a new shortcut in SPB you will find it in programs.
