The file I dowloaded was already a zip file. Since I can not open a zip file on my phone, I unzipped the file I downloaded (download was a zip file already), and that's where I got the 3 files from. I then copied the cab file to phone (My Documents Folder). However I am still not sure what I am doing wrong, because what I did, did not work. When trying to open file on phone I kept getting a message that the file was not associated to any application.

All you do is unzip the zip file on your pc. Inside will be a cab file. Transfer this cab file to you ppc. On your ppc tap on the cab file to begin installation. It should install as any other program. Go to settings/today and you'll notice in your items list that there is a new program called Samsung Time.

You should be good to go.

Thanks so much, but this is what I already did, and for some reason I get a message saying the file is not associated with any application, that I should open the correct application, then open the file from withing the application. The file I coped to ppc is 000.CAB3A.001
I have installed many programs, and never had this happen before.

Don't copy 000.CAB3A.001!
Just put the entire .cab file onto your ppc. Don't open the .cab file before you put it on your ppc.
After you have put the entire .cab file on your ppc, then from your ppc tap on the cab and installation will be automatic!

EDIT: maybe I missed something...but you want to install Samsung Time...correct?

Today screen clock, it is the app mentioned in original post on this thread. When I download it, downloads as a zip file. I unzipped the file, and obtained the 3 files I mentioned. I dont see an entire cab you mentioned. Just the 3 files. I installed the one with CAB in the name.

I unzipped, and copied entire folder to phone, I then opened the cab file. Still did not work. Same message stating no application associated with file.

Well, I finally got it installed, and frankly I am embarrassed by my ignorance. It was as simple as installing any application, I was just doing it incorrectly.
