Need help with GPS on HTC touch pls!

Hi guys, I am havign a weird problem offlate. I used to be able to use my GPS service on HTC touch (like AmazeGpS, Google, Livesearch). Had no problems. Then I installed telnav... which ofcourse expired in a couple of weeks. I have uninstalled telnav too. But.. now.. NONE of my GPS s/ws work.

Google maps / Livesearch keep looking for GPS settings... AmazeGPS says "No satellite signal found". I have also tried uninstalling all of them and re-installing ... alongwith 100s of reboots/restarts as well.

Can someone pls guide me here.

I stumbled upon your thread when I was looking through the software forum. lol Maybe a mod can move it to the Vogue forum so you might get some other opinions.I think that there may be some remnants of telenav left in the registry that might need to be edited out. Use Phm Regedit and use the find/search function and look in the registry to remove those remnants. Make sure AGPS is enabled. Make sure that GPS is managed by Windows so AGPS functions correctly. Just do a search of the registry and see if gps is somehow disabled.
