Any Kitchen for axim x50 - x51 ROMs?

Id like to make some custom roms for the Dell Axim x50/x51(non-v) owners out there. Ive searched everywhere on the subject / tried many kitchens and all seemed to be a dead end. It seems the only person I know of that can cook these roms (Lenny) is to busy to do or teach.

For starters id like to learn how to delete / replace embeded software on the stock dell A12 WM5 rom but I think the problem is no kitchen available.

Ive followed the instructions in this thread http://xdaflameusers.com/viewtopic.php?id=397 exactly as stated but i couldnt get the rom to extract.
