Sticky notes?

Hey guys. Need some help here.
I've got a CDMA (Telus) HTC Touch Pro. It's currently running the latest release of MightyROM.
Is there any way for me to put a sticky note or something like that on my Windows home screen or the TouchFlo home screen? I'm trying to memorise my new phone number and it would help a lot if the nunmber was right there on the home screen.

u could set it as a calendar event in manila... or just make a note but it wouldnt be on the home screen
