HTC Plugin

Hi:

I'm new here. This looks like a great site. I hope I can be of use to you all. Quick question: The HTC plugiun I see on the phones listed at the top of the page, where do you get it? I've also heard it slows the phones performance down alot too. Is that true? I have the Sprint Mogul and I have the Photo Dialer Plugin from V2R already.

Any help would be great.
