activesync doesnt work and cant flash??

HELP, i tried reflashing my phone with a new rom now all it does is reboot, reboot, reboot. i've tried hard reset and it's just reboots.
hard reset
phone powers up, i see Touchpro screen for about 30sec, phone turns off, vibrates, and repeat.

help?

Try shutting down the phone.. remove the battery...and leave it out for 1 min.
Then try again......

Also..since u have just flashed...I would also try holding both the buttons (green and Red) and hit the reset button (like u would do to reset). This will clean all...and reinstall the OS.

Hope it helps..and again...experts would know better.
