Sad to say, I've never used Phone Alarm. Does that give you an accurate voicemail count? Does any program give Sprint users an accurate count. Everything I've ever used has always said 1 even if I have 7 or 8. I think it's a Sprint thing, and we'll have to wait until they change something internally. As far as I know, all their phones have the same issue of saying 1 voicemail even when there's more.

It is definitely a Sprint network thing. They only ever send one voice mail notification to the phone (for the first one) so you'll never get an accurate count.
It's something they'd have to change on their end. |
