just change the default value to 1,
Reset the phone
don't forget to manually switch_off your WiFi ...
otherwise it will drain your battery.

ha! thanks to no2chem, that last line doesn't apply anymore. :) now it should be don't leave wifi on for extended periods in a warm environment. ;b not with the touchpro anyway.

edit; I just asked my friend dotfred. lol :) and it looks like that sets the power state for all network drivers to always on (if enabled of course)

there are 3 cabs on the op and some are saying to get it from xda. some say it doesnt work. which cab do i want to get the new version? does the new version work properly? does the new version allow the screen to turn off while the app is in use?

the OP has not updated this thread with the newest version. follow the link to xda and pick it up there. it works and it works well. i have been able to connect my laptop to it as well as a pair of iphones so far.
