need a program so i can see non english words online

my mogul does not read non english words so when i go to a site its in blocks

I would assume you just need fonts, not a program. I don't really know, just a guess.

what language? If it's a near eastern language u have to get specialized software for that.

yeah it is near eastern ( arabic )
