Remove recent programs list

Well I finally flashed my HTC Touch Pro w/ the Mighty Rom for WM 6.1 and now have to deal with the huge list of recent programs.

While I understand things like ClearRAM remove the items when you run it - I previously had it where there would never be anything saved. Been searching around and it appears I need to reinstall SPB Mobile Shell but wanted to attempt to confirm before I go hunting for my registration code.

If anyone has a cab to make the recent programs stop listing everytime you hit start - it would be greatly appreciated. I'm willing to registry edit if thats what it takes.

Reinstalling SPB Mobile Shell and was unable to get the today part to stay selected so I uninstalled it.

Anyone have any pointers?

Try cleartemp and Quickmenu. Both can be found at http://www.pocketpcfreeware.mobi. lastest qiuckmenu version has built in task manager and ability to end all tasks. Go to above site and search for cleartemp, Quickmenu.

funbobnopants - thank you.. I'm going to give quickmenu a try as it makes the recent programs list not appear..... some minor personal preference changes..
