WM 6.5 also supports a newer release of Flash, along with some nice IE browser upgrades. WM was really in bad need of a makeover too. And for devices that don't have something like TF3D, the Titanium interface is good to have. Even some folks with TF3D prefer Titanium. And all sorts of nice Titanium add ins are being developed all the time.

Really it all comes down to personal preferences.
