OTA Sync

My setup is pretty simple. I have 1 POP3 account and 1 yahoo account. All my POP3 emails/contacts/RSS goes through Outlook. Is there a way to sync my phone and outlook/yahoo so anytime I do something either remotely on my phone or locally on my computer, it will automatically update on both? I just want one 'cloud' I guess.. I can't set my Outlook to check my POP3 email automatically or it won't show up on my phone if I'm away from the office (since Outlook deletes emails off the server once downloaded).

It seems lame that if I am at my computer and my phone is in my pocket, if I move the emails from my inbox in outlook to their folders or catch up on the RSS stuff, that change won't show up on my phone unless I plug it up again.. I almost want a live sync between my compter and my phone.. If I delete an email on my phone, it is deleted on my computer; if I read several RSS posts, they show up read on both devices..

Is this doable?
