Anyone heard of IMOV?

It's apparently a chat client that combines all the other chats together.
http://www.movsoftware.com/products/imov/imov.htm
that's the link to the IM program. IDK if someone has talked about this before, and I myself just came across it after searching to see if Meebo.com had a WM5 or PDA version of their site.

It says that it uses data instead of SMS, which I like 'cause I have the unlimited data. But i haven't tried it out yet, figured I'll c if anyone on here has used this or heard about it. Apparently they don't have the "basic" version of this on their site, so i had to do a search for the basic version and ended up finding it here: http://www.raymond.cc/blog/archives/...obile-devices/

So if anyoen else wanna test it out as well, be my guest. Again, this isn't a program i know anything about. I just happened to come across it and figured i'll post it here so there for don't come after me if something happens to ur device..lol.

Ok so after a day of using this, it isn't so bad. Then again i haven't used many of the other IM apps.

for me the....
Pros: Alerts when an incoming IM is recieved.
. Can set alerts for when people sign on.
. Can swith between convos with ease.

Cons: Can't hide offline buddies.
. Buddy list isn't organized according to the software it belongs to.. meaning, the buddy list is shown in alphab order, so there for u might have one group of buddies from AIM followed by another group from Yahoo! followed by AIM again followed by MSN... u get the idea.
. The notification box pops up even if ur in the middle of typing to someone. Would rather just it make a noise if i'm in the middle of the conv.

That's pretty much all i can really think of right now.

Check out Octrotalk which is free as well. I like the Octro today plugin and the whole interface much better.

Yea it would b great if they could do an update to everything, make it more user friendly and then IMOV would def rock. Octrotalk, i gotta say isn't bad. Although i'm not able to sign on to it today. Anyone else having that prob? Also, Octrotalk would automatically sign me out and close the app if my phones screen turned on...like when the phone goes to "sleep mode" and u have to press the power button to wake it up. It did that the first day i installed it but i tried to immitate it a couple of times after that... and it didn't sign me off or close the app. *shrugs* so idk if it was something w/ my phone or wat..lol.
