Need some help with SPB Backup

I decided yesterday that to clear the bugs on my phone I would do a hard reset and start from scratch. I figured since I was doing that I would also flash to a custom ROM. Before I did any of that, I did a full backup with SPB Backup.

I flashed to one of Adrynalyn's Omnia ROMs and everything went fine. But, when I did the restore of the backup, the bugs showed back up. Unfortunately, it is a full backup.

So, my question is this...is there a way to restore only a portion of a backup, or does the whole thing have to be restored? It would be nice if I could just restore the PIM details and maybe emails without restoring anything else.

I guess the worst case scenario is that I restore everything from the full backup and then do a custom backup of only PIM details and emails, reflash, and then restore that. But I was hoping to avoid having to go through that process.

Don't have a phone backup program? GET ONE! Even if you don't mess with registry edits or custom ROMs, even a simple installation can really mess up your phone. Trust me!
