but if this app is running a script every 20 seconds wouldnt that drain the battery just as much as activesync continuously starting? Just saying.

i'm curious what cody's found.. I have several ways I prevent it from popping up, but an all-in-one solution would be nice.. also there's a few idea's I've had, but haven't takend the time since I thought someone..... was working on it.

anyway horndoc, I just realized you have a trombone in your sig/avatar. is that what you play? know how to fix a catchy slide?

not at all. Mortscripts are very resource friendly.
when I finish, ill do benchmarking but don't get my new phone for another week or two.
and my computer crashed. got the blue screen of death when booting into safe mode Haha.so im working on the script on my busted phone that freezes constantly.
im pretty sure I fried something in my phone Haha

ya, same here, that's why I started work on a solution.

Haha sweet. glad to know people want this still.

I've got it fixed and am working on a simple UI for this and a few other things like app to date support, and more. hope to have it done soon, im working on it tonight and hope to finish more tomorrowand have it done by the end of the weekend.
just wanted to update all of you.

also, if there's another option that'd you'd like me to add, please let me know.

Yes, that's my primary instrument. I repair all Brass instruments though and that definitely includes Trombone Handslides. There are lots of things that can go wrong with them. Dirt, dents, alignment problems, worn plating lots of stuff. It varies. Trombone slides are probably one of the most challenging things to repair when it comes to Brass repair. I'm pretty picky about them since that's my main instrument.

alright,
well I'll be releasing this within the next day or two.
I was going to make a UI for it,
but it's just mortscript UI for now.
I will make a UI for it later when I build my main program that will have all of these "plugin" type of scripts and other things.
But for now it'll just be a basic mortscript UI.

I'm working on letting people choose how many seconds they want the script to run at,
or choose from one of the defaults.
Building an Uninstaller and the installer will have the above mentioned part where the user can specify the amount of seconds.
So it should be done within the next day or two.

Just a FYI,
I'm testing the program tonight/tomorrow morning and if it's good to go,
The first version will be released tomorrow.

Edit, the cab creator I have is giving me problems (again),
so I have to find a better one tomorrow to use.
I'll still be testing the files tonight, so hopefully it will be fine.
