S2U2 v2.34 is Now Available :) - Page 22

I just downloaded v2.24 and it is running fine.
The only issue is that it took up 8mb of my Device Storage memory! v2.04 took up only approx. 4mb of memory.
I deleted the previous version I had which was v2.04, and downloaded v2.24 again. The same thing. It took up almost 8mb of memory.
Any ideas why? I don't think v2.24 would take up twice as much memory as v2.04

I didn't realize it was 8mb

I just spoke with A_C, and he said v2.24 should be 3.55mb. He asked me to download v2.24 from his site. This is what I previously did, but I tried again 3 more times. Memory used is 8.34mb each time.
@violent31601, how much memory is S2U2 taking up when you open up the Zip File?

Just spoke with A_C via a few emails. Within an hour of downloading v2.24, I got 4mb back. I don't know how, but this happened a few months ago when I downloaded a previous version. A_C feels it may be OS related.
But back to the memory being used. A_C mentioned that if the 8mb is being used AFTER the Install, it may be because you have other clock/battery or any other images copied. He said that if you want to reclaim that memory, to try a clean uninstall of S2U2.
A Clean Install means deleting ALL S2U2 Files and the Registry. If you need the Registry to be Deleted, let me know.

about 4, but that is still too much for me...

but its worth it and i'm keeping it on here, just wish I could have installed to Internal storage

It is a really nice program. I only use minimal functions so I can probably just use a couple of mb if it was possible, but I guess it's not

same here, I basically just want it to do exactly what my ipod touch does (act as a lock screen and nothing more)

the v2.24 is tripping on me. most of the time when i slide to unlock it unlocks then less then a second later relocks, and the slider does slide as smoothly as previous versions..
