How to install different clocks on TF2D???

Okay, I have looked everywhere and I can't seem to find a decent how to install a different clock guide. I keep finding all these cabs or zip files of different clocks, but I can't get the stupid things to work. So how the heck do I do this? Can someone write up a how to for this? Not everyone can just go install this stuff and it works. I keep trying to put a different clock on my TF2D and it screws up my phone. It just keeps sitting at my home screen with "Tap here to launch TouchFLO" and it tap it and nothing happens. I have to restore my original settings for it to work again. Even if I overwrite the clock files in the windows directory, or install a cab, nothing works. I am running the Update 20 with the other fixes like utube, etc. Also I can't even get the weather to work in my city, but that is a whole another issue. Seems I can't mod this phone at all. I see all these cool clocks and themes, but I can't use them becuase my stupid phone won't work. Any thoughts?
