How does one build their own WM 6.5 rom ? (from SYS, XIP, etc)

Hello all,

I hope I can get some info from people who are doing this all the time. With all the new builds, a lot of us have no clue on how to create their own roms. I'm to the point to have the basics, understand flashing pretty well and can get out of common problems with flashing but, when it comes to creating my own, I'm lost.

For Example, I have a Titan but, I really looking for a general starting point on this and I am sure others are too.

When we look over the "WM 6.5 Kitchen QVGA and VGA Developer Edition" fourm, we see files like SYS, XIP, Common files. Some for each phone (example, Titan_21812_xip.rar), Sys files like SYS_21812_96DPI_0409.rar and SYS_21812_192DPI_0409.rar.

Can these be imported into PPCkitchen or another kitchen ? If so, is it documented someplace on how to do this correctly and how to troubleshoot basic problems ?

I know the newest in PPCkitchen is 21501 as I am looking for the newest.

I've been searing for weeks now and still to this day can not find any real doucmented info on how to do this correctly. If I missed something, please let me know where it is.

I want to thank everyone who are creating these great roms, after flashing tons of times from other people's roms, I want to create my own and give back a little. I also would like to be able to create a rom once the files are released, to help.
