voicesignal voice command -Available?

I had the Samsung Instinct, and about the only thing I loved about it was the Voicesignal voice command. You could say things like search "Walmart" or "Chinese", and it would bring up a listing of the matches within your area & tie it in with GPS routing. Is there anything like this available for the TP-?
