WM6.5 = No more "frequenters"?

You could also use the CLaunch plugin which allows you to quick launch five different apps like the programs tab in TF3D. There is a thread here that will link to the cab but I can post it as well if someone is interested.

Yeah, that's if they're using titanium.
Also, you really could have more if you want.
It's a matter of adding the pages to the registry.
I plan on doing this soon one day...

Or change the name of your program favorites by placing a 1 in front and they will show first under programs with QuickMenu
