BPS Meter for TP?

As a paintball player at a tournament level I would love an app like shown here on the Iphone but for us Windows users. Its a BPS Meter (Balls Per Second) which lets you correctly setup your marker to the speed setting for the tournament you are playing. Anyone know if it out there?
