See Attached: NPFL3ppc.zip

Flash 9.0 plugin for Iris Browser. Extract to \Program Files\Iris Browser\Plugins\ and restart your browser. Flash will now work properly in Iris. This file is also archived on my 4shared if you need it.

The only flash plugin i have installed is flashlite 3.1 and youtube.com works fine for me using 1.1.8.

Flash Lite does the same thing as manually copying the plugin to the proper directory. The plugin I posted will work for any browser that uses Netscape style plugins. (Opera, SkyFire, Fennec, etc).

Re: Iris 1.1.8 OUT!

Greetings. Iris browser has now been updated to 1.1.9. I havent seen a change log yet, but im sure someone will find it :)
dschoenike

found the list of new/fixed features list.

Iris Browser 1.1.9 was released today.* It includes a number of important fixes and some exciting new features.* The highlights in brief:
Improved canvas support - curves,* transparency fixes, and more
Application cache support
Some networking and javascript fixes
Flash reliability fixes
The link click animation has been removed, by popular request
A security fix in SVG support
Preliminary RTSP support and a Windows Media plugin.* Also the beginning of HTML5 audio/video support (more to come here)
Fixes for various iPhone site, including Google calendar and reader
Some of the multimedia features are still early in the development cycle but considering how much already works we decided it was worth releasing it now.
You can download the update through the online update system or via our download page.

You're welcome. (:

I'm testing it right after flashing. My phone went bonkers yesterday night.

:) Ive been testing it for about an hour now, and it's working very well. Youtube and a few other flash video sites have worked flawlessly, and the overall speed of the browser seems faster than before. Only concern i have, which i also did with 1.1.8, is that it uses a ton of memory (at least that's what my TP is showing) If i start with 135mb of free ram, by the time i close Iris, my ram is down to 65mb. The performance doesnt seem to be affected, but i wonder how well it would work on a Mogul? Overall, great update. :)
